LuxurySuri Refund and Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, we offer a comprehensive return and refund policy. Please review the details below to understand how our policy works.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return most items purchased from LuxurySuri within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in new, unused, and unwashed condition.
  • The product must be in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • The return must be accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email, invoice, or receipt).

Non-returnable items:

  • Items that are opened or used, including diapers, personal care products, or any products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable.”
  • Gift cards are non-refundable.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to info@luxurysuri.com with the subject line “Return Request.” Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN), along with detailed instructions for returning the item(s).
  3. Return Shipping: Once you have received your Return Authorization, please carefully package the item(s) in their original packaging and ship them back to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).

3. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and confirm that it meets the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error in processing your order.
  • If you received a discounted or promotional item, the amount refunded will reflect the discounted price.
  • Processing time for refunds may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, you must return the item according to the steps outlined above and then place a new order for the desired product.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please follow these steps:

  1. Report the Issue: Contact our customer service team immediately at info@luxurysuri.com within 7 days of receiving the item. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product.
  2. Return Shipping Costs: If the item is damaged or incorrect, we will cover the cost of return shipping and provide you with a prepaid shipping label.
  3. Replacement or Refund: Once the item is returned, we will either send you a replacement at no additional cost or process a full refund, based on your preference.

6. International Returns

For customers outside of the United States, please note the following:

  • Return Shipping: International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to return the item.
  • Customs and Duties: Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees related to returns will be the responsibility of the customer.
